AC Milan has been a club under a cloud this season but new manager Clarence Seedorf has been trying to lift the mood.

The Dutch legend got his charges to let their hair down with a spot of dodgeball at the Milanello training ground.

Seedorf couldn't help getting involved and led half of his team in battle against the likes of Mario Balotelli and Kaka.

It's probably a good idea to let the boss win so naturally Seedorf's team emerged victory which meant that Kaka and co ended up doing press ups as "punishment". 

Clearly good old dodgeball can take the credit if the Rossoneri manage a respectable end to the season...
