Over the last week, Ireland internationals Paul O'Connell and Sean O'Brien have been telling us about their respective pre-season training regimes as Munster and Leinster get into gear ahead of a busy domestic and European rugby season.

Leinster's Cian Healy has added a wee twist of his own for this advert, bringing back a training method he used as a teenager when he used to pull his Dad's car behind him on the beach.
