Sony Pictures have released the first teaser trailer for the upcoming James Bind movie Spectre.

It sees 007 receive a cryptic message, leading him to uncover the crime syndicate whose name provides the film's title.

But the secret agent's past looks set to haunt him in the 24th big-screen installment of the spy series.

The story picks up from Skyfall, the most successful Bond film of all time.

Christolph Waltz will play Craig's nemesis Franz Oberhauser; while Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris and Monica Bellucci will all play supporting roles.
