As much as 2014 has been a good year for cinema, it's also been an excellent one for the supercut. Montages of movie scenes spliced together in tropes and themes proved popular all year round, and this one is no exception. 

A Canadian video editor, Sleepy Skunk, recut some of 2014's best movie trailers to create a six-minute mashup of the very best of the year.
