Last year on Off The Ball, we looked at the increasingly bizarre behaviour of ex-NBA star Dennis Rodman and the potential reasons behind his problems.

2013 saw the eccentric former Chicago Bulls power forward make repeated trips to North Korea where he struck up a friendship with dictator Kim Jong Un.

But yesterday, Rodman flew to Pyongyang yet again for exhibition games this week along with ex-NBA players like Kenny Anderson, Doug Christie and Cliff Robinson and Today FM's Matt Cooper.

Rodman was interviewed by CNN this morning in the company of his delegation but after he was asked about Kenneth Bae, a US citizen imprisoned in the secretive state, the 52-year-old launched into an incoherent rant...  

According to US-based sports website Deadspin, the seven players who have accompanied Rodman are having second thoughts about the trip.
