As you may have heard, Italy rugby international Martin Castrogiovanni will miss this weekend's Six Nations match against Scotland because of a rare sports injury.

In short a dog bite to the face ruled him out of the match, but the prop is hardly wallowing in misery.

Along with his national team captain Sergio Parisse, Castrogiovanni posted a video of himself lip-synching to hit tune 'Who let the dogs out?'
