Sebastian Vettel cruised to victory at the Italian GP at Monza to take another step towards a fourth successive world title.

The Red Bull driver led from the start and was never really threatened on his way to victory.

Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso was second and the results sees Vettel’s lead at the top of the driver’s championship stretch to 53 points.

Vettel's teammate Mark Webber was third.
