Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has denied a Football Association charge of misconduct in relation to media comments following last month's FA Cup game at Cambridge United.
The Dutchman was critical of the referee in that match.
He has requested a personal hearing.

The FA says his words allegedly imply bias on the part of the referee.
