Irish sides have enjoyed a good day in the Heineken Cup, with three wins from three so far.

Leinster and Ulster have added to Connacht’s earlier win over Zebre with wins over Castres and Montpellier, respectively.

Leinster had Jack McGrath’s try and Jimmy Gopperth’s boot to thank for their 19-7 win at the RDS.

Ulster put in an impressive performance to beat Montpellier 25-8. Andrew Trimble scored the try for Ulster.

Munster can make it a clean sweep for Irish provinces when they face Edinburgh at Thomond Park at 6.00.
