Pat Lam has made eight changes to the Connacht team that will take on the Cardiff Blues at the Sportsground tomorrow night.

Scrum-half Kieran Marmion returns to the starting line-up, while wing Niyi Adeolokun and centre Craig Ronaldson represent the other changes to the young back line.

Nathan White also comes in to the front row with Mick Kearney and Quinn Roux starting behind them in the pack.

Meanwhile, Ulster have made sweeping changes to the side that lost to Zebre last time out.

Jared Payne is back from injury and starts at outside centre for the match against Edinburgh at Ravenhill.

Tommy Bowe switches from right to left wing as Louis Ludik, Andrew Trimble, Payne and Paul Marshall all come into the back line.

In the forwards, there is a debut for loosehead prop Ruaidhri Murphy who will have the returning Rory Best alongside him in the front row.
