UFC fighter Josh Samman has passed away at the age of 28.

The middleweight had been in a coma since being found unconscious at his home in Florida last week.

The Iowa native had been found alongside his friend and room-mate Troy Kirkingburg, who was pronounced dead on arrival hospital.

Samman was in a critical condition before passing away.

His last fight was in July.   

On top of being a successful fighter, promoter, & most importantly, a genuinely good person, Samman was a great/writer journalist, too
