UEFA has confirmed it is investigating Liverpool for potential breaches of Financial Fair Play regulations.
They are one of seven clubs across Europe who are being implicated for potential overspending.
UEFA says "additional monitoring information" must be submitted, warning that "conservatory measures" may be imposed.

They will be asked to provide financial information to the Club Financial Control Body.
