Twitter reacts to news that All-Ireland final replay date will coincide with Dublin Bus strike

There were tense scenes in Croke Park today as Dublin and Mayo played out a draw in the 2016 All-Ireland senior football final.

But just as relief was descending on both camps who still have another chance to contest for the Sam Maguire, news emerged that the scheduled date for the replay will cruelly clash with a pre-arranged date for Dublin Bus industrial action.

Employees of Dublin Bus are protesting for a 15% pay increase over three years, which has already led to strikes in September that have implicated 400,000 commuters on each day of the strikes.

And the workers are planning further strike days in October, one of which will coincide with the All-Ireland final replay on October 1st.
