Tottenham and England defender Kyle Walker will not face any disciplinary action from the Football Association after he was pictured inhaling nitrous oxide.
A photograph appeared to show him taking the legal high while on a night out in his hometown of Sheffield in June.
The FA say they have spoken to Walker about the matter, as has England manager Roy Hodgson, and they have been assured that "it won't happen again".
The right back issued an apology and admitted an error of judgement after photos of emerged of him taking the potentially deadly substance.
In 2010, Prince Harry was photographed taking nitrous oxide which is commonly known as laughing gas.
