The Heineken Cup is back in all its glory this weekend and Off the Ball has live coverage of Munster’s opening game of the European calendar. Rob Penney’s side take on Edinburgh at Murrayfield this afternoon, with kick off at 1.35 and you can get the full game live here on Newstalk.

Aside from live rugby coverage today’s Off the Ball is an extended 5 hour show, with an interview with Matthew Macklin coming up later on this afternoon as Macklin responds to Andy Lee’s call for a bout between Ireland’s top two middleweight fighters.

There’s also the regular Saturday panel; - albeit at the later time of 4.00 due to the rugby. This week’s collection of sporting talking heads consists of former Meath footballer Anthony Moyles, Adrian Russell of The Score.ie and former Ireland rugby international Hugo MacNeill.

There’s also football discussion with Alan Mathews and Garry Doyle and updates of all of the day’s sporting action throughout the afternoon.
