As Ireland prepare a clash against Wales tomorrow, ex-England international Austin Healey was the latest name to criticise the style employed by Joe Schmidt's team.

Healey used the term "aesthetically pretty turgid" to describe the approach, but Ireland captain Keith Wood does not want Ireland to deviate from the current plan.

He was speaking to Off The Ball tonight and is adamant that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

"Austin Healey came out today with another comment slagging off Ireland's style of play. To hell with it, really. It suits us. We're winning. Why should we have to change it?" he said.

Keith also explained why he is fully expectant of an Irish victory in Cardiff tomorrow.

"My confidence comes from the fact that Wales are our biggest challengers. I was very worried about England because England have the ability to cast a hex over us. But Wales we know. We know exactly what they're going to do," said Keith, who expects Joe Schmidt's team to be at a "heightened level".
