Jim Gavin names three changes to the team that squeezed by Donegal in the quarter-final of the All-Ireland football championship earlier this month.
Paddy Andrews, Kevin McManamon and Michael Darragh Macauley drop out of the team to face Kerry at Croke Park.
Denis Bastick comes into the midfield in place of Macauley, while Paul Mannion is introduced in the half-forward line after his goal against Rory Gallagher's side helped guide Dublin to victory.
James McCarthy is named at wing-back once again after failing to feature against Donegal.
