Despite the hyperbole ahead of their fight Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor really respect each other.
The two men may never be the best of friends, but both are well aware of what the other has achieved in MMA. Ahead of their title fight this weekend, they came face to face at the UFC 194 press conference before posing for photos.
There were no words exchanged, no pushing, just respect. The two men even gave a nod of respect to each other, something we have not seen from either fighter so far.

Whatever happens in the early hours of Saturday morning, their respect for each other should certainly increase after the fight.
