Will it be Dublin or will it be Mayo? The days are ticking away and at Vicar Street last night, an All Star cast of GAA greats joined Ger on stage to preview the All Ireland Final.

Leaving no stone unturned, the Kerry boys Darran O'Sullivan and Kieran Donaghy were joined by Mayo legend Liam McHale.

Ready to spring from the bench behind them was former Mayo and Armagh full-forward Billy Joe Padden, ex-Dublin marksman Mossy Quinn and Down All Ireland winner Conor Deegan who flanked our own Colm 'Wooly' Parkinson.

The Kerry boys know all about the Dubs after losing to them in a semi-final thriller at Croker and they looked back on that game - a match Mayo will be watching closely. Darran O'Sullivan explained that Stephen Cluxton's kick-outs were an area of focus for the Kingdom, saying: "Everyone knows that Cluxton is where it all starts for Dublin. A lot of emphasis has to go into stopping Cluxton kicking out. But you can't go mad on it because Dublin are strong in so many areas."

Liam McHale believes the O'Se brothers will have to do "a lot more running" on Sunday to stem the impact of Cluxton's kickouts.

And he is also nervous about a few subplots ahead of the game:

"You have Cillian O'Connor coming in with a shoulder injury and Andy Moran fighting hard but struggling to find his form. Two key players are not fully fit and I think there will be big demands put on the O'Ses in the midfield."

Conor Deegan is sticking to his guns and backing Dublin as he has done all season. He gave the following reason:

"Possibly, Dublin have a bit more going for them at the moment. As Liam highlighted the two lads in the Mayo full forward line are not at in full health. That could be enough to swing it in Dublin's favour."
