Most World Cup, European Championship and Champions League winners are lauded globally after their careers finish. When you add in five league titles in France, England and Spain over a 20 year career you expect the player to be seen in a positive light. Thierry Henry is not any player though.

The former Arsenal and Barcelona star turns 38 today. It's the Frenchman's first birthday since announcing his retirement last December and he has now taken his seat of Sky's sofa giving his opinions on all things Premier League.

While fans remember his great goals when he was at his peak in Highbury, most Irish fans will remember him for a Parisian November's night in 2009.
