Tyler Hamilton’s confession was one of the major catalysts in initiating the endgame of Lance Armstrong’s career. His book The Secret Race: Inside the Hidden World of the Tour de France: Doping, Cover-ups, and Winning at All Costs, written with Daniel Coyle, detailed his career racing, and doping, alongside Armstrong and in doing so shattered the code of silence which ruled cycling.

The book went on to win numerous awards and acclaim as it spearheaded the one of the biggest shifts in the cycling landscape of all time.
