After a month of thrills and spills, the World Cup is over now. And that also means our Team 33 World Cup podcasts are coming to an end.

But we have one final special for you and that's our Brazil 2014 review show.

We're rejoined by Deutsche Welle's Matt Hermann who tells us about the promises and pitfalls as Germany look to dominate international football for the foreseeable future.

New York Times' legendary sports columnist George Vecsey also returns to tell us about the legacy of this year's tournament and where he would rank 2014 among the eight previous World Cups he has covered.

Plus ESPN and Radio Marca's Eduardo Alvarez joins us again to take us through the footballing lessons from Brazil 2014 for the major countries. He also had a theory about why Messi has looked off-colour and what the future may hold for the greatest player of his generation.

And last but not least, we pick our ultimate award winners for 2014 from The Villian Not Called Saurez gong to our Team of the Tournament.

You can listen to our final show below or download the podcast via iTunes

On behalf of the team, thanks for listening!
