Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, has been arrested in his native Maerryland for driving under the influence.
The American swimmer, who has won 18 Olympic gold medals during his career, was pulled over by police for speeding last night and was found to be two times over the legal limit according to TMZ.
The swimmer who confirmed a return to competition earlier this year, was previously arrested for driving under the influence in 2004. He was fined and ordered to serve 18 months probation after that offence.
