Tipperary have laid down a marker in Division 1A of the hurling league, beating Kilkenny 2-22 to 1-13 at Semple Stadium.

Cork have beaten Galway 2-17 to 0-20 in Salthill.

In Division 1B, at Walsh Park, Waterford have thrashed Antrim 4-30 to 0-10.

Meanwhile, at O'Moore Park Wexford hammered Laois 5-22 to 0-25

In Division 2A, Kerry narrowly got the better of Carlow at Dr Cullen Park - winning out 1-24 to 3-17.

Niall O'Brien scored 1-11 for Westmeath in their 1-22 to 2-10 win over Wicklow.

In Division 2B, Down were 4-17 to 2-11 winners over Donegal.

While Armagh were narrow 1-17 to 1-15 winners over Meath in Trim.

In Division 3A, they finished:

  • Monaghan 0-18 Fingal 2-12
  • Tyrone 1-20 Louth 2-7
  • Roscommon 0-16 Fermanagh 0-6 

In Division 3B, Sligo beat Leitrim 2-10 to 1-15.

Kerry have gotten back to winning ways in Division One of the football league - they have beaten Donegal 2-13 to 2-11.

Despite ending the game with 14-men after Fintan Goold was black-carded with no substitutions remaining, Cork held on for a 0-17 to 2-10 defeat of Tyrone at Healy Park.

While Derry are still winless after a 0-15 to 0-10 defeat to Monaghan in Clones.

In Division Two at Cusack Park, it finished Down 2-17 Westmeath 0-10.

Roscommon's late charge saw them beat Kildare 0-24 to 2-12 at Newbridge

In the early start at Pearse Stadium, Cavan came from behind to beat Galway 0-12 to 0-10.

In Division Three, Tipperary were 4-16 to 3-11 winners at the Gaelic Grounds.

Fermanagh posted a 2-19 to 2-10 win over Limerick at Brewster Park.

Armagh beat Clare 3-11 to 1-11 in Ennis, while Sligo beat Wexford 2-10 to 1-8 at Markievicz Park.

In Division Four, Longford beat Wicklow 1-16 to 1-10.

Offaly were 0-14 to 1-10 winners over Carlow at O'Connor Park

Antrim beat Waterford 0-15 to 0-13.
