Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo has been banned for three games by the Football Association, after a touchline spat during last month's match at Newcastle.
The 27-year-old striker has been found guilty on a charge of violent conduct, and must also pay €48,000.
Newcastle goalkeeping coach Andy Woodman was also fined, and warned as to his future conduct.
