Joe Schmidt has rung the changes for Ireland's Autumn international against Australia on Saturday.
There are six changes altogether from the team that beat Samoa last weekend.
Luke Marshall will start in the centre ahead of Gordon D'Arcy, while Eoin Reddan is picked at scrum-half ahead of Conor Murray.
Also starting are Sean O'Brien, Jonathan Sexton, Cian Healy and Captain Paul O'Connell, who will be joined in the second row by Devin Toner.
Ian Madigan takes his place on the bench, which means there is no place in the 23 for Paddy Jackson.
The Ireland team in full is:
Ireland: Rob Keaney, Tommy Bowe, Brian O’Driscoll, Luke Marshall, Fergus McFadden, Jonathan Sexton, Eoin Reddan, Cian Healy, Rory Best, Mike Ross, Devin Toner, Paul O’Connell (c), Peter O’Mahony, Sean O’Brien, Jamie Heaslip.
Replacements: Sean Cronin, Jack McGrath, Stephen Archer, Mike McCarthy, Kevin McLaughlin, Conor Murray, Ian Madigan, Robbie Henshaw.
Meanwhile, Australia have named their side to face Ireland in that game.
Sekopy Kepu and Scott Fardy come into the side, after missing last week's win over Italy.
Rob Simmons also moves from the back row into the second row.
