The body which decides the laws of football will consider bringing in sin-bins.

The International Football Association Board (IFAB), which is made up of FIFA and the four Home Nation FAs, is setting up advisory panels, which will look at a sin-bin system that is being trialed in amateur leagues in Holland this season.

Players sin-binned in sports like rugby union and rugby league usually have to leave the field for 10 minutes, rather than being sent off completely.
