Munster have suffered an early injury blow during their opening game of the Guinness Pro 12 season.

The Ireland wing, who can also feature at full-back, was forced off after 18 minutes of their fixture against Scarlets.

Zebo suffered a blow to the ribs which was treated before a second challenge saw him withdrawn.

He was replaced by Ian Keatley from that point on.
