Ireland coach Phil Simmons says managing expectations within the team is the toughest aspect of the build up to next Wednesdays World cup meeting with the UAE in Brisbane.

Simmons side beat the West Indies on Monday in a famous four wicket win and Simmons says they can't allow complacency take over in the break between matches.

“The next five days is going to be very, very tough. It’s going to be the hardest five days of the tournament for us because we have to make sure that we get back up to that level where we were the day before the West Indies game,” he said.

Ireland now look likely to need just two wins from their remaining six matches to secure a spot in the quarter finals.
