Shane Long has completed his €15 million move from Hull to Southampton.
The Republic of Ireland striker is likely to go straight into the Saints' squad for Sunday's Premier League game with Liverpool.
Long has signed a four-year contract at St. Mary's, which brings an end to his six month spell at Hull.
Commenting on his move to pastures new, Long had this to say:
Long: “Once I’d looked at the training facilities and met the manager, it seemed like the right decision for me and my family.” #saintsfc
