Manchester City have been handed a boost ahead of the final day of the Premier League season with the news that Sergio Aguero is set to return to action.
The Argentina striker suffered a groin problem against Everton last weekend but has been passed to fit to play against West Ham.
The Sky Blues will definitely win the Premier League if they pick up all three points against the Hammers.

Aguero was the goal hero on the final day in 2012 as Man City beat QPR 3 - 2 to pip Man United to the title.
