Irish international Seamus Coleman has had his pre-season preparations with Everton disrupted.

The full-back will miss the club's tour of Thailand after tweaking a hamstring injury during last night's friendly against Tranmere.

Manager Roberto Martinez says that he does not believe that the injury is too serious.

However, midfielder Darron Gibson will travel with the rest of the first-team squad after marking his return from injury during last night's game.
