Everton manager Roberto Martinez has confirmed that Seamus Coleman is out of tomorrow's Merseyside derby against Liverpool.
The Ireland full-back has a hamstring injury but could still be available for the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United on Saturday.
"Phil Jagielka and Seamus Coleman will definitely be out of the derby but it is too early to make a final decision before the weekend," said Martinez.
Coleman picked up the injury in the 1-1 draw against Southampton on Saturday, sparking concerns from an Irish perspective given that Euro 2016 is just around the corner.
Everton will be aiming for their first FA Cup final appearance since their 2009 defeat to Chelsea when they take on Man United.
