Fiorentina loanee, Mohamed Salah, will collect a Premier League winners medal after having only played 30 minutes for the club in their league campaign.

The Egyptian international made three substitute appearances for the Stamford Bridge club before being sent out on loan to Italian side Fiorentina.

Salah has been invited back to the Bridge for the Blues' final game of the season against Sunderland.

In previous years the regulations on who gets a winners medal were restricted to those who had played more than ten games for the club.

Now it is up to the club's discretion as to who is awarded one of the 40 winners medals given to them.

Fellow mid-season departure, André Schurrle, will also return to Stamford Bridge to collect a winners medal after being texted by coach, José Mourinho.

Schurrle moved to German side VfL Wolfsburg for £22 million.
