Manchester United's 3-0 win over Saint-Etienne was a family reunion for the Pogbas.

Paul Pobga was up against his older brother Florentin, with their brother Mathias and mother watching on from the stands. The two brothers constantly joked around before and after the game, and also at half-time.

Speaking to ITV after the match, Republic of Ireland assistant manager Roy Keane, felt the two brothers were a little too comfortable with each other in Old Trafford.

"[Paul] obviously enjoyed the night with his brother. I was waiting for his mother and his other brother to come on at the end of the game. It was almost like a testimonial."

When asked by presenter Jacqui Oatley if the friendliness between the two brothers annoyed him, Keane said he felt the duo went too far.

"Yeah, it does. Listen, the boy Pogba, he seems to be a bit of a free spirit, a bit of a character, but it was a little bit over the top tonight."

“They have spoken to each other more tonight than I think I have spoken to any of my brothers in the last five years! It was all a bit strange and they are probably chatting as we speak after the game."

Despite the openness with the brothers, Keane did admit they he felt the duo were fully focused on the game once the referee blew his whistle.

“When the game started they were focused on the game... There was a lot of nonsense, but that is the modern day player I’m afraid.”
