Ulster have been handed a major boost today with the news that Rory Best could make an earlier than expected return from injury.
The Ireland international could feature in Friday's Heineken Cup clash against Montpellier at Ravenhill.
The hooker had been expected to be out of action until at least the middle of January with a broken arm sustained against New Zealand shortly after scoring a try in the November Internationals.
But he is reported to have taken part in contact training this week as he builds towards a return.
The news will also be a boost for Ireland as the Six Nations campaign draws closer.
Best discussed the injury on Off The Ball before Christmas. Click here to read the full interview.
