Liverpool have the Premier League's Champions League spots firmly in sight after their 2-1 win over Manchester City.

They're fifth in the table this morning, and only two points away from fourth-placed Manchester United.

Boss Brendan Rodgers says a place in next season's European Cup would be a considerable accomplishment.

"If we can get into the Top 4 this season, it's a better achievement that what we did last year," said the Ulsterman, "because of our start position at the beginning of this season.

"We just have to keep collating the points, keep the performance level, but there's still a lot of games to go."
