Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has ruled Daniel Sturridge out of England's Euro 2016 qualifiers next week - even if the striker plays for the Reds this weekend against West Brom.

Sturridge aggravated a thigh problem during the last international break, and Rodgers believes he was pushed too hard in training.

The Liverpool boss has been talking about tonight’s clash with Basel, as well as Adam Lallana, who faces his first away game in this season's competition.
