Ireland captain Robbie Keane will get to play against England at Wembley after all.
The FAI have announced that Keane has negotiated with LA Galaxy for an early release from club duties in order to link-up with Giovanni Trapattoni's squad for the end-of-season matches.
In a statement, the Galaxy captain has thanked the club for reconsidering their decision saying that it "really means a lot" to him.
Keane is now expected to captain Ireland for the game against England on May 29th and will also be available for the game against Georgia on June 2nd before the World Cup qualifier against the Faroe Islands.
