Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has decided not to renew Richard Dunne's contract with the club.

The Republic of Ireland defender has missed the past season due to injury, and has not been named in Trap's squad for the upcoming friendlies.

He is now free to look for a new club, but will be 34 in Septmeber.

Stephen Ireland and Darren Bent are also expected to leave the club.
