Coronation Street star Anne Kirkbride has been remembered at a public memorial service at Manchester Cathedral.

The cast and crew of the soap paid tribute to the actress, who played Deirdre Barlow for more than 40 years.

The 60-year-old, who played Deirdre Barlow, died from cancer in January.

Michael Le Vell, who plays Kevin Webster in Corrie, says Anne had something magical about her.
