Who says no one ever remembers second best?

History will always have a place for the Newcastle United side which let a lead slip and allowed Manchester United to win the Premier League title in 1995-96. And if anything 2013-14 is probably more remembered by the Luis Suarez-inspired Liverpool side which came within a whisker of taking a league title back to Anfield for the first time in over two decades.

This week on Team 33, we touched on three sides in detail: Rafa Benitez's Liverpool of 2008-09 which are as much remembered for his "facts" speech as their brilliant spine; Liverpool 2013-14 who burst out of nowhere; and oddly enough, the Newcastle of 1996-97 rather than the campaign before with Joe explaining the reason why including added Alan Shearer.
