Arsenal striker Lukas Podolski says the Daily Mirror made up "pure lies" in claiming he stormed out of training yesterday.

The tabloid ran with a story on their back page this morning stating that the German had a bust-up and that "he fears Arsenal are blocking a potential move to Inter Milan".

But Podolski took to Twitter today to lay waste to the assertions.
