Oscar Pistorius has returned to training for the first time since being charged with the murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

His family has released video footage of a bearded and much thinner Pistorius pulling on his blades at the University of Pretoria. 

The double-amputee's agent Peet Van Zyl says they are easing him back.
