Munster know a bonus point win over Racing Metro at Thomond Park today will all but guarantee them a place in the Heineken Cup quarter final.

If Munster do get the four try win, defending champions Leinster will be out of the tournament.

Leinster beat Exeter 29-20 last night and secured a bonus point to put the pressure on Munster who are without Ronan O'Gara today due to suspension.

Munster second row Donncha Ryan says they'll have to remain patient: 

Kick off at Thomond Park is 12.45pm. 

There is also a slight possibilty that even if Munster win with a bonus point they could still miss out on a quarter final spot but only if Toulose pick up two losing bonus points away to Leicester.

That game gets underway at 3.00pm.
