Former Ireland rugby international Peter Stringer has agreed a new contract with Bath.

The 36-year-old scrum-half has signed an extension with the Premiership club which will see him remain at the Recreation Ground until the summer of 2015.

The 2009 Grand Slam winner initially arriving on a short-term contract from Munster in January 2013.
