Munster have confirmed that Peter O'Mahony has undergone another shoulder operation.

As he continues his recovery from the dislocated shoulder that he suffered against Toulouse in their Heineken Cup quarter-final, Munster have decided to also clear-up a long-standing niggle to their captain's right shoulder after sending him for keyhole surgery.

The Ireland international missed the European semi-final defeat to Toulon.
