Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini says his side have proven they can hold their own against Barcelona ahead of tonight's Champions League last-16 second leg at the Camp Nou.
City have had a man sent off in their last three matches with the Catalans, but Pellegrini insists they showed in their 2-1 first-leg loss at Eastlands they can dominate against Barca.
The Chilean said: "Part of the first half they have control of the game especially when they score the first goal.
"But after I think that we play better than Barcelona. That we had clear chances to at least draw the game."

He added: "We had again a player sent off so it's very important for us to play eleven against eleven.
"We are going to have bad moments and big moments during the game but i think we have a team that can play exactly as we do in the best parts of that game.
"We are not going to play against an easy team, but I am sure that the three times we play before, (if) we play eleven against eleven maybe the score can be different."
