Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson says he is unhappy with the comments of BBC's football pundits after an incident involving an opposition player at the weekend.

Pearson, who was thought to have been sacked yesterday before the club dismissed the rumours, felt that the Match Of The Day trio of Gary Lineker, Danny Murphy and Jermaine Jenas made too much of a sideline clash against Crystal Palace which saw him appear to grab James McArthur by the throat.

"It’s not helpful when the three fountains of knowledge on Match of the Day make a mountain out of a molehill," he said, avoiding any talk surrounding his future.
