Leicester boss Nigel Pearson has publicly apologised to the journalist he called an ostrich.
After last night's defeat against Chelsea, he accused local reporter Ian Baker of burying his head in the sand in relation to criticism of his team.
But speaking today, Pearson offered Baker an apology.
"Ian, because you're here, apologies for last night. I think it's right to do it in front of the cameras rather than pulling you to the side. So I apologise for that and hope it doesn't ruin our relationship," he said.
The journalist in question spoke to Newstalk's Oisin Langan about the experience this morning.
